  • Establish and improve the Third Party Risk Framework, ensuring it includes the necessary components to effectively manage third-party risks.
  • Update third-party risk management policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement an annual third-party risk work plan to review and challenge risk identification, assessment, control evaluation, and testing activities.
  • Apply a consistent risk rating methodology for controls that aligns with the Operational Risk Framework.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments of third-party risks.The Successful Applicant
    • A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
    • At least 8 years of work experience in the financial services industry is required.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, including at least 2 years in third-party risk management, is required.
    • Strong knowledge of operational risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, IT risk/operations, and business processes in the financial/banking industry is required.
    • Certification as a Certified Third Party Risk Professional or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager is preferred but not mandatory.What's on OfferMy client is offering a competitive compensation package, salary + bonus. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
