We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our client's outpatient facility team. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated nursing professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while supporting staff and ensuring efficient operations. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical activities, enhance workflows, and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in the management and supervision of clinical nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care and facility protocols.
* Act as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for patient care.
* Monitor and support the delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with evidence-based practices.
* Address and resolve patient concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Support the implementation of new policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize care delivery.
* Assist with onboarding, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
* Provide direct patient care when needed, serving as a clinical resource to staff.
* Ensure proper documentation of patient care in compliance with legal and institutional requirements.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
* Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY.
* Minimum of three years experience in an Ambulatory, Medical Surgery, and/or ER setting preferred.
* Minimum of two years nursing experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
