Faculty Position: Assistant Attending Physician, Benign
Hematologist, Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering
Cancer Center summary: The Assistant Attending Physician in Benign
Hematology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is responsible
for providing expert care for patients with hematologic conditions,
engaging in clinical research, and educating medical trainees. The
position requires a medical degree (MD or DO), board eligibility or
certification in Hematology, and a commitment to multidisciplinary
care. This role is pivotal in advancing the understanding and
treatment of benign hematologic disorders while contributing to a

Description: The Department of Medicine (DoM) is MSK's largest
clinical departments encompassing experts in solid tumor oncology,
hematologic malignancies, subspecialty medicine and supportive and
acute care services. Offering a range of services both in multiple
sites in New York City and at their suburban outpatient locations
in our Regional Care Network (RCN), DoM physicians oversee the care
of the whole patient. - Explore additional information about the
Department of Medicine! - in the Division of Hematologic
Malignancies, Department of Medicine is seeking a full-time Benign
Hematologist at the Assistant Attending level or higher focused on
the care of patients, education and research at our Upper East Side
location. The Hematology Service has an interest in the
multidisciplinary care for patients with an array of bleeding,
thrombosis, and hematologic diagnoses. The responsibilities will
include clinical expertise in patient care, clinical research, and
teaching/ training. - The Hematology Service at MSK consists of 7
faculty with diverse expertise and interests. As the service
continues to grow, we are now seeking candidates with a specific
interest in medical education and/or leading clinical trials across
the spectrum of benign hematologic conditions. - Requirements
