Hybrid/Remote/Onsite - Manhattan, NY



Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorneys for a temporary legal project with a prominent New York State agency. This role involves reviewing and summarizing leases, development agreements, and other legal documents related to major real estate projects.



This is a full-time, contract opportunity to work on high-profile real estate development projects. This is a hybrid opportunity with both remote and onsite work in Midtown Manhattan.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and analyze leases, development agreements, and related legal documents.
Draft legal abstracts and summaries of agreements for internal use.
Conduct legal research and assist in organizing project documentation.
Collaborate with legal team to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Work both remotely and onsite at Midtown Manhattan office as needed.



Qualifications and Experience:

D. degree from an accredited law school.
Active NY State Bar membership required.
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions or related fields.
Strong contract analysis, legal research, and document review skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.



Salary:

$66.00-$84.00/hr

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
