Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote EOIR Case Assistant VA.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize legal knowledge of immigration law and EOIR procedures to ensure accurate filings
Manage client relationships and provide updates throughout the immigration process
Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for EOIR proceedings

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of immigration law experience, specifically with EOIR cases
Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and EOIR procedures
Excellent case management skills, including tracking deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
