Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Process Excellence Delivery
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives and
continuous improvement practices
Develop implementation plans and guide training and problem-solving
workshops with senior managers
Coach leaders and teams on tools and techniques to identify and
capture performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of experience in Lean management leadership with a focus
on transformational change
Experience in financial services or insurance industries
preferred
Lean or similar certification, or experience in continuous
improvement principles
Bachelor's degree with related experience or a Master's in a
related field required
Professional Lean Certification is a plus
