hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Associate who is fluent in both
English and French Canadian to our Wellbeing Engagement team in the
US!Reporting directly to the Senior Engagement Manager, you will be
a culture transformational agent, bringing our Canadian clients
closer to the Wellhub mission and advocating on behalf of Wellhub
to clients, users, and suppliers. This is a position inside the
Global Revenue team responsible for executing Wellhub strategies
locally and working closely with our clients.YOUR IMPACT
- Deploy Wellhub's global WE strategy and best practices for both
US and Canadian markets, assuring its correct execution.
- Facilitate webinars for launch clients and cross clients on a
regular basis.
- Record on-demand content introducing Wellhub to clients.
- Localize content.
- Attend on-site events.
- Manage the organization of the Engagement team's brand folders
and client requests.
- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order
to enable initiatives and projects.
- Engage with multiple timelines of projects to ensure timely
completion.

off, and finding work-life balance.WHO YOU ARE
- You're an English and French Canadian Native Speaker.
- Experience with client-facing roles and feel comfortable
facilitating virtual webinars and in-person events.
- Capacity to adapt and localize written materials for French
Canadian audiences.
- Excellent communication and adaptability to dynamic
environments.
- Capacity to operate strategically and tactically, ensuring
timely completion of tasks.
- Strong results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and able to collaborate.
- Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and
external stakeholders.

Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for
this role is $57,577 - $79,968. The base salary range for other
locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on
geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications,
and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this
role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus
plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock
