network on Instagram, and new ventures in Fortnite/gaming

generates billions of views while building deep brand partnerships
with the world's largest advertisers.Job SummaryWe are seeking a
Senior Vice President (SVP), Brand Partnerships & Revenue to lead
our enterprise sales strategy, secure multi-million-dollar brand
partnerships, and drive the monetization of our expanding media
ecosystem. This is a highly strategic, revenue-focused leadership
role, requiring deep relationships with media agencies, brand CMOs,
and Fortune 500 advertisers.Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Own and execute Flighthouse's branded partnerships and agency
revenue strategy, driving 8-figure annual sales goals across our
owned media properties.
- Close and expand 6-7 figure enterprise deals with major
advertisers, working directly with holding company agencies and
brand CMOs.
- Spearhead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing,
with a focus on long-term partnerships and multi-year
commitments.
- Oversee media packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for
Flighthouse's ecosystem, including branded content, influencer-led
campaigns, programmatic, social media integrations, and in-game
advertising.
- Build cross-platform revenue models, monetizing Flighthouse's
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, gaming assets, and future digital
platforms.
- Strategic Brand Partnerships & Industry Leadership
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with top
media agencies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Horizon, etc.)
and direct brands.
- Lead executive-level presentations, negotiations, and deal
structuring, ensuring long-term value for both Flighthouse and its
partners.
- Identify and evangelize Flighthouse's competitive advantage,
positioning us as the leading media publisher for Gen Z
engagement.
- Represent Flighthouse at major industry events, conferences,
and thought leadership panels, expanding our reputation in the
advertising space.
- Business & Team Leadership
- Oversee a team of senior brand partnerships executives,
ensuring best-in-class sales execution and account management.
- Work closely with finance, paid media, marketing, and creative
teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting of branded
campaigns.Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or
revenue leadership at a top-tier media publisher, social-first
content company, or digital platform.
- Proven track record of closing 6-7 figure brand deals with
Fortune 500 companies and major media buying teams.
- Extensive relationships with senior decision-makers at media
agencies (holding companies), brands, and tech platforms.
- Deep knowledge of digital media, branded content, influencer
marketing, programmatic advertising, and social media
monetization.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in pricing strategy,
revenue forecasting, and P&L management.
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams, with a track
record of mentoring and scaling revenue organizations.
- Passion for Gen Z culture, digital trends, and emerging media
platforms (TikTok, Fortnite, gaming, and Web3 opportunities).
- Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and presentation skills,
capable of commanding a room with C-suite executives.
