Monitor solution performance and provide architectural guidance to
ensure project scalability, maintainability, and security
compliance.
Provide leadership and mentorship to development and infrastructure
teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and
stakeholders to define project goals and align architecture
strategies with business requirements.
Lead efforts in data migration, legacy system modernization, and
integration of disparate data sources.
Maintain architecture documentation, design artifacts, and
development standards.
Ensure all solutions comply with industry and DOE-specific data
governance, security, and accessibility standards.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale development and migration
projects, ideally in public sector or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs,

Expertise in data integration strategies, including ETL, API-driven
integration, and messaging queues.
Familiarity with security, compliance, and accessibility standards
(e.g., WCAG, NIST, FERPA).

skills.
Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to drive
consensus and technical clarity.
