Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer
with 4+ years of experience to craft intuitive, user-centered
interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. The
ideal candidate is proficient in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma,
Sketch, Axure, MS Visio/Lucidchart, and has working knowledge of
HTML/CSS and JavaScript. You'll collaborate with cross-functional
teams to translate business goals and user needs into innovative
and effective digital experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences that are
visually appealing, accessible, and aligned with business and
technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to
define design goals and ensure consistency with product
strategy.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity
mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and
Axure.
Conduct usability testing, user research, and heuristic evaluations
to refine user interactions and improve overall experience.
Utilize MS Visio or Lucidchart to diagram user flows, system
interactions, and interface logic.
Translate designs into HTML/CSS/JavaScript for development handoff
or in support of front-end implementation.
Ensure designs adhere to responsive design principles and are
optimized for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, UI
pattern libraries, and style guides.
Participate in Agile development sprints, design reviews, and
collaborative planning sessions.
Stay up to date on emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and best
practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),
Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience across web and/or
mobile platforms.
Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure for wireframing and
prototyping, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics for design handoff and
front-end alignment, MS Visio or Lucidchart for flow diagrams and
system maps, Usability testing tools and methodologies (e.g.,
UserTesting, Hotjar, Maze)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles,
accessibility (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
skills.
A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is
required.
Must hold Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or equivalent
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
Knowledge of accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
to inform design decisions
