A company is looking for an A/R Research and Resolution
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve outstanding insurance or contract claims and manage
worklists based on performance targets
Conduct insurance follow-ups, interface with payers, and
communicate with business partners
Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to team
meetings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of medical insurance or billing experience, or
equivalent training
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic ICD-10 and CPT
codes
Proficiency in using personal computers in a Windows
environment
Ability to work effectively in remote settings and manage multiple
tasks
