Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Authorization Specialist to
support the Prior Authorization program in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with pre-billing tasks required by payers and respond to
high volume billing inquiries
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely approvals and
maintain accurate records of prior authorization requests
Monitor the status of prior authorization requests and suggest
improvements to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
A minimum of 2+ years of high-volume medical/insurance
pre-authorization processing experience
Basic experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Private, quiet place to work remotely with high-speed internet
(50mbps connectivity)
Effective customer relations and time management skills
