Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a wide range of assembly operations on complex electronic and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished units.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronic assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings and maintain precision and quality in every task.


Responsibilities: Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical units and systems using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine the sequence of operations.
Set up and adjust tools and equipment as needed, ensuring all tolerances meet required specifications.
Perform quality inspections to verify product conformance to specifications and troubleshoot assembly issues when necessary.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, following all safety procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement and resolve technical issues.
Document work completed, report production data, and assist in training junior team members when required.


Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in electronic or electro-mechanical
Proficient in hand soldering (including surface-mount and through-hole components).
Experience with cable harnessing, wiring, and assembly of mechanical enclosures.
Requires use of microscopes, soldering irons, and other precision tools
