Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to
oversee compensation analyses and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee teams conducting compensation analyses and develop total
compensation programs
Manage complex projects, ensuring timelines and quality are met
while monitoring client experience
Draft proposals and reports, and mentor junior associates on
technical accuracy and project deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Seven or more years of compensation consulting or analytical
experience
Solid technical knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with mission-driven organizations is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills
