OverviewAlliance Security, an Alliance Building Services company, is committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Specialist to assist in providing exceptional service to our employees and clients. As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all shift communication and handle all incoming calls from clients and security personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the schedules and assignments of our security personnel.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate on-call security force to cover vacancies in assigned portfolio
• Oversee and monitor the scheduling of security officers and supervisors to minimize overtime
• Track time-off requests, emergencies, call-outs, and absences to maintain site coverage
• Audit schedules for billing accuracy, including overtime and extra coverage reports
• Handle administrative functions like payroll, billing data, and resolving discrepancies in WinTeam systemMinimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information and prioritize tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and union contracts
  • Experience with payroll/dispatching software, particularly WinTeam, is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry/analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations professionallyEducation Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
