Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Senior Analyst to
support their Customer Experience survey strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support research development and the end-to-end survey process
Collaborate with stakeholders to design projects and communicate
insights through dashboards and reporting
Act as a subject matter expert in research and analysis for
Customer Insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Math, or Research preferred
3 years of experience in survey development and analysis,
preferably with the Qualtrics Customer Experience platform
Experience with survey programming, deployment, and dashboard
mapping/design
Customer Experience mindset and robust analytical skills
Strong skills in Excel, including intermediate formula creation and
use
