About the Role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a CBRE
Union Engineer, you will be a part of a team responsible for a
site's equipment maintenance and instrument calibration
processes.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job
function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive
maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United

Must be a Local 94 Member.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum
of four years of related experience and/or trade school
training.
Certificates and/or Licenses:
Universal CFC certification preferred. Additional certification in
one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and
refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power
transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state
jurisdictions.

The pay range for this position is subject to an applicable
Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the Union
Engineer position is $107,036.80 annually [or $51.46 per hour].
Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay
scale.
