You will play a crucial role growing engagement with our learners within the businesses we support.About the Role:There's never been a better time to join our team at Babbel for Business - the international market leader in digital language learning programs.Our momentum in the Americas kicked off last year, with our US team tripling in headcount while exceeding revenue goals by delivering a best-in-class solution to an age-old problem. Now, we're continuing to expand our business offering across the Americas as part of our global international growth strategy to create mutual understanding through language across the world.This role reports to the Head of Customer & Learner Success. We're looking for candidates located in the NYC or Chicago area for this role. If you're located in NYC, we have a hybrid work setup requiring 3 days/week in office.You will:

  • Enable our B2B learners to use our product successfully
  • Identify and assess our learners' needs
  • Share learnings with our internal teams
  • Own and actively drive our learners engagement process
  • Collaborate effectively with our Customer Success Team
  • Facilitate Learner onboardings
  • Optimize, update and improve upon existing content for learner motivation
  • Contribute to the creation of new content and ideas to drive learner motivation and success
  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with our customers and learnersYou are:
    • Organized, transparent, creative, proactive, flexible and team-oriented
    • Passionate about languages and cultures
    • Energized by training and teaching others to succeedYou have:
      • Fun speaking with people on the phone, digital meetings and by email
      • Editorial skills including writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling
      • Experience with digital learning content development and/or teaching online
      • Experience working with Hubspot / similar CRM platforms
      • Experience working with a Customer Success Tool a plus (Gainsight or Vitally)
      • Preferred language skills: Spanish
      • Some experience with project management, even at a basic levelBenefits:

          • In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 with the potential to earn additional income through our competitive bonus structure. Placement within this salary range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
