OverviewAs a real estate salesperson, you will provide guidance,
support, and knowledge to clients throughout the entire real estate
process. This includes conducting market research, showing
properties to potential buyers or tenants, preparing and presenting
offers, negotiating contracts, and facilitating the closing
process.Compensation:$60,000 - $300,000 (commission
based)Responsibilities:Consistently reach out and follow up with
leads to grow rental and sales opportunitiesProspect for new leads
to promote new businessHave local knowledge of the communities and
neighborhoods we work"Always be consulting" by providing your
clients with your very best service and your very best advice to
nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral
customersQualifications:Valid real estate license in the state of
New YorkPrior experience in real estate preferredExcellent
communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with Fair
Housing regulations and commitment to promoting equal housing
opportunitiesExceptional customer service skills to provide a
positive experience for clients throughout the transaction
processAbility to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to
