About the Role:
As the Lead Senior Counsel for Investment Banking and Capital
Markets at CBRE, you will be a key legal advisor to executive
leaders and key personnel within CBRE's investment banking and
capital markets segments. Your role involves providing
transactional legal support and counsel on complex, high stakes
matters and global transactions that are crucial to CBRE's
strategy. You will independently represent the company, managing
legal, regulatory, and transactional issues related to public
offerings, private placements, and secondary market activities.
Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this position offers a

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the position is $185,000
annually and the maximum salary for the position is $245,000
annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental
insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision
insurance.
