This position is hybrid in the NYC office, four days a week.To learn more about the work we do at EDO, please visit EDO Press .The RoleThe Financial Analyst will report into EDO's VP of Finance and will take a significant role in analyzing our business, forecasting, financial results reporting, implementation of monitoring processes and providing key insights. This role will require strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in financial modeling and budgeting.What You Will Do

• Manage financial models related to but not limited to company KPIs, retention metrics, business performance, etc
• Assist in the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts, including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet projections
• Measure financial performance against targets with in-depth variance analysis
• Update monthly reporting and analytics related to the sales pipeline
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to establish new processes and reporting standards
• Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support executive management decision-makingWhat We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of proven financial analysis experience
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent degree required
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Self-driven with a strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and multitask simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environmentEDO offers a competitive compensation package. Components of compensation include:

    • When in an office, employee meals are fully paid for.The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 PLUS equity in a mid-stage company and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
