Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Services Project
Manager/Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day project management support for the Office of
Early Childhood Care and Education (ECE)
Create and manage project documentation, including reports and
schedules
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal
grant obligations and monitor project deliverables
Required Qualifications
Seven years of consulting and advisory services or related
experience
Three years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and
reporting
Intermediate or advanced expertise in Google Workspace and
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with federal grants management processes and the Quality
Progress Report
Ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets for trend
identification
