Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a remote team delivering technical support
Analyze team performance, identify knowledge gaps, and provide coaching opportunities
Lead initiatives to improve support processes and collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience


Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advanced technical support roles
2+ years of management experience in technical support or engineering teams
Understanding of incident management and experience with post mortems
Familiarity with APIs, SQL, JSON, and support tools like Salesforce ServiceCloud
Proven ability to build a strong team culture and foster collaboration
