With the business recently being valued at over $3bn.Our client is in the cybersecurity, identity and access management space. With double-digit annual growth and a skyrocketing user base, they only plan on continuing this growth in an industry projected to exceed $300 billion by 2026.Continuously innovating to counter rising cyber threats, they remain a key player in the digital security landscape.What to expect:This role is managing managers and leading two separate engineering squads, making it a crucial position in the setup. Leaning into a brand new business unit of theirs, which is their fastest growing area right now. You'll map out where your teams are headed, help your Engineering Managers and top contributors grow, and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver awesome products on time.Compensation and Benefits:

• $250,000-$350,000
• Stock option program + bonus plan, depending on performance

  • Experience managing managers
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience leading multiple squads is a big plus
  • Knowledge or an interest in cybersecurity and its impact on a business
