- across all segments and industries.The Global Transaction
Services (GTS) Data Strategy and Governance team (DSG) is looking
for a Data Domain Manager (DDM) who will focus on managing and
resolving data incidents, developing and executing on data domain
strategy, and managing a team to oversee overall data domain
governance and data governance assets including asset flows, data
catalogs, etc.This leader will be driving forward DSG team goals
while building bridges with all partner teams including subject
matter experts and leaders globally in the business, technology,
and operations.The DDM will work with Line of Business partners,
including Compliance, Audit, and Risk to understand needs and
produce data solutions, often times in partnership with
Technology.The DSG team is strategically placed in the line of
business to enable direct alignment with key business leaders to
drive maximum impact. Members of the DSG team will be encouraged
and expected to learn more than the core role requires, fundamental
understanding of the business of payments will play a key role in
what we aim to achieve together.This role will require hands-on
work with payments data utilizing your unique blend of payments
expertise, and in-depth understanding & knowledge of dataRequired
Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified--- 8+
years of experience in a Data Architecture, Data Controls and
Management, Regulatory Adherence, or Payments role with a Data
focus--- Partner with Data Strategy & Management Executive (DSME)
and Data Quality & Controls Executive (DQCE) in the design and
execution of data domain management framework--- Adhere to
accountabilities and responsibilities required of data domain
manager per Enterprise policy and standards--- Support Data Steward
Executive (DSE) in data strategy initiatives--- Heavy experience
and accountability for identifying/intake, prioritizating, and
closing of data quality concerns through data incident management
lifecycle including program manage tickets through lifecycle,
create/support creation of business/functional requirements
documents, etc.--- Be hands-on with data and have ability to
quickly analyze data, understand the data, and identify potential
data quality problems--- Accountable for quality of data domain
governance assets such as data catalog, data lineage or asset
flows, etc.--- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint to be able to
analyze open issues and communicate with / align together varying
teams--- Facilitate and drive prioritization / funding impacts---
Ensure and evidence compliance with applicable policies and
standards while escalating risks to adherence or to program
deliveryDesired skills:6+ years of experience directly with
Payments data along with 6+ years of experience in Data
Architecture--- Strong understanding of Global Transaction Services
business and can take ownership and delivery--- Experience with
complex Global banking and payments data landscape, data issues and
regulations--- Strong leadership and extremely results driven---
Quick learner in a fast-paced, work-intensive organization and be
able to adapt to changing priorities while delivering with high
accuracy--- Strong relationship management skills to navigate the
complexities in a large, distributed organization.--- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify
and summarize complex data concepts to executive stakeholders---

informationPay range$125,000.00 - $260,000.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to
