Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Data Analysis (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for improving business operations
Oversee and mentor a team of business analysts and ensure meaningful data is available for decision-making
Collaborate with university administration to support strategic planning and accreditation processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Higher Education, including quantitative and qualitative research
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Strong skills in data collection, organization, and analysis
Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS and Excel
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
