Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, negotiate and underwrite CMBS loans involving all asset types
• Prepare, review and negotiate loan application and documentation
• Create and present credit memorandums for loan approval
• Assist securitization team by handling inquiries from Rating Agencies
• Work with bank clients on all levels of relationship and origination

  • Experience within multi-family, office, industrial, hotel and retail properties
  • Commercial real estate balance sheet lending
  • Loan portfolio management
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 8-10+ years of experience
