strategic, innovative, and data-driven **Director of People
Analytics**. By collaborating closely with HR, business leaders,
and cross-functional teams, you will create a strategy and roadmap
to transform how we leverage People data. You will identify and
implement tools, technologies and learning initiatives that will
elevate our analytics capabilities, and you will leverage data to
identify key insights and provide actionable recommendations that
will influence key business decisions across the company.**THE GAME

Strategy:* Develop and implement a forward-looking people analytics
strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and
priorities* Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and
cross-functional teams to identify key workforce challenges and
opportunities* Build a roadmap and prioritization process for
analytics initiativesTechnical Leadership and Data Management:*
Lead the implementation of new analytics tools that will integrate
data across multiple sources* Design, develop, and deliver
dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support
decision-making* Act as a hands-on technical leader creating
dashboards in Tableau, optimizing data in SQL, and utilizing data
science friendly languages such as Python or R* Establish a data
governance framework and consistent methodology for data
definitions, metrics, reporting and access to ensure the accuracy,
availability, reliability, and integrity of people data* Ensure
compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational
policies in handling people dataInsights and Recommendations:* Use
data to create compelling and actionable insights to drive decision
making across the organization* Use data to identify and create
compelling and actionable insights and recommendations around
employee engagement, hiring, retention, diversity, inclusion,
development, internal mobility and performance strategies*
Accelerate the transition from transactional reporting to
predictive analytics and provide forward-looking insights on key
people-related initiatives. Communicate findings through compelling
narratives and visualizations* Champion the use of data-driven
decision-making across all levels of the organizationTraining and
Enablement:* Develop and implement training programs to upskill HR
and business leaders on leveraging people analytics tools,
dashboards, and insights effectively* Build data literacy across
the organization by creating accessible resources, guides, and
workshops* Partner with HR and business teams to embed people
analytics into decision-making processes through ongoing education
and best practices* Drive adoption of people analytics tools by
designing enablement strategies and gathering user feedback to
improve usability**THE STATS**What we're looking for in our next
teammate* Previous experience in creating and scaling a people
analytics function* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,
data science, statistics, business analytics, human resources, or
related disciplines); advanced degree preferred.* 7 or more years
of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or related
field* Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end people
analytics initiatives, from data collection to delivering
actionable insights* Strong data storytelling skills, translating
complex datasets into actionable insights and engaging narratives*
Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power
BI, R, Python) and HRIS systems* Exceptional analytical, critical
thinking, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and
storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior
leaders* Deep understanding of workforce metrics, HR processes, and
talent management best practices* Knowledge of data privacy
regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical considerations in
workforce analytics* Strategic thinking with the ability to
identify opportunities, establish plans, and drive measurable
outcomes* Experience enabling stakeholders to adopt data and

$159,000 - $219,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors
including relevant experience, location, business needs and market
demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical,

may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive
compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock
program participation. This role includes paid personal time off
