  • Lead and manage all phases of affordable housing construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee budget management and cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and community partners.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports.The Successful Applicant
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on affordable housing.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in construction management software.
