A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse team of Analytics Engineers, fostering
their growth and wellbeing
Collaborate with clients to establish guidelines for data modeling,
transformation, and ensure data quality
Enhance core analytics engineering deliverables through internal
process reviews and client satisfaction tracking
Qualifications
Intermediate / expert proficiency with cloud data warehouses (e.g.,
Snowflake)
Intermediate / expert proficiency with data modeling approaches and
tools (e.g., dbt)
Experience mentoring and advising other engineers
Experience optimizing resource allocation based on team members'
strengths
