*Nurse Practitioner (Infectious Disease) $110K-$150K Annual Salary!*A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated *Nurse Practitioner* to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals, including those living with or at risk for *HIV/AIDS* and other *chronic conditions*. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services, focusing on prevention, treatment, and ongoing management of health concerns in a supportive and patient-centered environment. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity offering *competitive salary*, *paid medical insurance*, and *PTO*.This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician passionate about HIV/AIDS care and working with underserved populations while enjoying a flexible and rewarding work setting.*Key Responsibilities:** Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical and psycho-social history evaluations and physical exams, with a focus on HIV/AIDS and related health conditions.* Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care tailored to the needs of individuals affected by Infectious Diseases.* Order and interpret laboratory tests, including screenings and diagnostics related to HIV/AIDS management.* Prescribe and manage medications, including antiretroviral therapy (ART) and other treatments for chronic conditions.* Provide health education and counseling on HIV prevention, medication adherence, and overall wellness.* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for patients with complex medical and social needs.* Implement infection control measures and uphold high standards of patient care, particularly in immunocompromised populations.*Requirements:** Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.* Minimum of 1 year of primary care experience.* Experience working with individuals affected by HIV/AIDS or other at-risk populations strongly preferred.* Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing compassionate, stigma-free care.___Please note- The annual base salary range is $110k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
