As the Director of Product Management - Collaboration Solutions,
you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for T-Mobile's
Collaboration portfolio, including Dialpad, MultiLine, and
Microsoft 365. Your role is pivotal in defining market-leading
solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering
differentiated products that empower businesses to communicate and
collaborate more effectively!

Base Pay Range: $185,600 - $251,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience,
so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most
Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on
company and/or individual performance and which is set at a
percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior
year.
