Within the Deposits and Cash Management team, there is continued emphasis on growth in the core product offerings. The recent integration of E*TRADE continues to provide an enormous opportunity for growth and expansion of Bank product offerings.We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our Client and Field Experience team. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team, focused on servicing and experience optimization for deposits and cash management across both channels: Morgan Stanley advised and E*TRADE self service channel. It's an excellent opportunity for innovation and to execute new ideas in the servicing strategy.Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and delivery of servicing strategy for new Bank accounts to be delivered to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management clients
  • Project management of initiatives related to enhanced field support model
  • Draft presentations and communications aligned with key projects for management and the field
  • Track deliverables and map out current vs future process flows
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing on an ongoing and project-based basis to ensure adherence to rules, regulations and heightened standardsQualifications:
    • Prior experience in Financial services and/or client experience or related fields preferred, but not required
    • BA/BS required with 5 or more years of experience, ideally in Financial Services
    • Experience leading cross functional projects and associated timelines
    • Display entrepreneurial initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong desire to propose innovative solutions and drive results
    • Experience delivering informative, well-organized presentations to senior managementSkills/Abilities:
      • Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship building skills
      • Detail orientated with strong organizational, analytical and logic skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
