We are seeking an engineer to become one of our Founding Members of Technical Staff with a strong background in systems engineering.

We don't just want an "engineer"-we're looking for cross-functional builders who can bridge research and production, infrastructure, and experimentation. Our core systems are written in Rust, and you'll be working on critical features such as inference-time optimizations and the development of advanced experimentation frameworks.

We are a rapidly growing open-source platform on a mission to create a cutting-edge feedback loop that optimizes large language model (LLM) applications. Our platform transforms production data into smarter, faster, and more cost-efficient models.
